Ask about your projectAsk for full model numbers, usable battery capacity, charge and discharge limits and the supporting equipment included. If you already own panels or a battery, list those models too. Have the installer identify compatibility assumptions and explain which parts of the existing installation will be retained.
Describe your tariff and the times you normally use electricity. Ask who sets up charging schedules and whether you can change them after handover. If backup matters, request a separate description of supported circuits, output limits, changeover equipment and cost; do not infer backup capability from the word hybrid.
